We ate at Swallow In The Hollow in Roswell. They feature smoked pork. I have to say they always do a good job. We have eaten there for several years. It used to be The Georgia Pig. Good desserts. Huge portions. You can't eat it all. Fatman's paradise. Not cheap. $120 for five (with $25 tip.)

A roast is hard to beat.

It was very good. I put a package of Lipton onion soup mix, large yellow onion, six cloves of garlic, salt and pepper. I don't think anything makes as big a difference as putting a heavy, deep sear on the roast.

Good morning from Bellevue Nebraska. Currently 52 F. Yesterday ranked among the most beautiful spring days I have ever seen anywhere in the world. Just gorgeous. The grass is so green here. Drove out to Iowa and met up with @UKGrad93 for a few beers. Good times.
