What is the over / under on how many months Coen stays in Tampa before moving on.....21 ?

I would be surprised if he lasts through the next Super Bowl without getting fired. That offense is due for a lot of regression next year even if they re-sign Mayfield.

Instead of being mad at Coen it should concern people more why he wanted to leave so bad. During the season he said in so many words that Stoops was holding him back, he couldn't call what he wanted. And it will be the same for whoever replaces him.

This will continue happening in college football with the NIL fiasco. Last week, the Boston College HEAD coach took the D coordinator job with the Packers. He just went 7-6 and took BCU to a bowl game, which really is all you need there for long term job security.

Coaches don’t want to deal with NIL and I don’t blame them.

Been saying this for years now. Stoops ultimately controls what the offense is. If people out there still think otherwise, it’s because they just don’t want to see it.
