Well, we couldn't get another clutch hit, but we still have 3 outs and we have seen some hero ball from UK in the 9th. Still, glad they aren't getting blown out because it should greatly help them in game 2.

Coleman did a good job getting out of the 8th in 4 pitches. Now we need to get a lot of pitches on Webb.

Coleman only threw 4 pitches, and I would say that Machamer will be available for a batter or 2.

I think this next game is a must win with Florida coming to town next weekend. UK can’t afford to be 6-9 heading into that series.

He sure had a nice pitch hit AB there in the 9th. Looked comfortable.
