Cal still thinks if he can just catch a break or two it will come back.

Bottom line is no Kentucky Basketball coach has ever been fired for performance in the court. Joe Hall retired of his own free will. It was not required.

Rupp had gout, diabetes, congestive heart issues and cancer...the man wore house shoes on the sidelines it was so bad...grab a clue...

It probably is just about the money now. I would guess it’s at least $170,000 paycheck every 2 weeks. When you see that hit your account, probably gives you an enormous ego.

There definitely were some whining fans but I don't believe there is any real chance either one would have been fired. Hall was one year removed from the final four and was returning a loaded roster.
