I am sure this has been discussed, but would he even have to sit out given that he never played? Assuming not, then it really wouldn't be a bad situation at all if he transferred to another school where he would get more playing time. He could play immediately, he had a free year of tuition and practice at UK, and he was always going to come to the US. Now, if he has to sit out, then that changes everything.Cal isn't pushing Tai out the door.
If u think Duke got bad press for recruiting a junior then forcing him out, just imagine the heat UK would get for recruiting a junior from freaking New Zealand, then forcing him out.
