Headed home for the holidays- no idea why he has not been cleared to play but really wonder if he stays home and doesn't come back- he has to be extremely frustrated

Cal said he would be back by the Illinois St. game next week.
I don't think going back home and staying helps further his basketball career. Coming back to Kentucky so long as he hasn't been ruled ineligible is the right move.
The crime in this is that the NCAA has allowed him to languish, and even travel halfway across the world back to Croatia, without a ruling either way.

I can't help think there is some issue the NCAA is digging around in.
It's pathetic.
I still say unless we know what the issue (s) might be, We should sue the NCAA over this.
Admittedly, I'm not sure that frees Big Z but it should shine some doubt on there procedure here.

Maybe he should go to Mexico and come in through the texas border.

Nobody knows the actual ins and outs of what is taking so long, but I think we know what it's really about. It's about money. It's always about the money paid to foreign players by their club teams in these situations. Which is bullshit considering NIL. Do they care about academics? Yea right. What 1% of it.
No one on here (or even media) know what the specifics are. Its frustrating as hell for the kid. It's in the NCAA's hand. I know it's not the answer you're looking for, but that's it in a nutshell.
