Ayton package with Porter and Young?

Well, that sucks.

I would say the schools that have been coming at me the hardest are Mizzou, Kansas, Virginia, Washington and Duke. All the schools are coming hard, but those are the ones that I’d say are coming the hardest.

I’m sure people will want to know if him being my godfather gives Washington an edge, and I’ll definitely say that it helps them. I don’t know if I would’ve looked at Washington as close if he wasn’t there, but I wouldn’t say it gives them a lead.

It's funny, I'm not doubting Cal's recruiting one single iota. But most years there is somebody right at the top of the elite that he doesn't really give much attention to and I don't know why. Josh Jackson this year, and Michael Porter in '17. He offers a scholarship and then doesn't do much else. I'm sure there's a reason behind it. Maybe the parents said "we're not interested" or he feels it's very unlikely so he devoted his time elsewhere. But, man, Porter is such a nasty player. I wish we had a legit shot at him.

Not particularly good news, since most feel UK isn't a serious player for Porter because of the Romar associations.

Most of the time it's all about not having interest.

Ayton will not be a part of any package deal IMO. He's also no where near being academically able to reclassify. I think Porter ends up in Washington. Duke will have another great class in 2017, so will UK.
