Uh, If those are 50’s and 100’s there is way more there than 5-7K.
I sort of deposit large sums of cash for a living so....
This thread has the best and worst of UK fandom and I don't need to say which is which as the smart posters can figure that out. Literally any person that age athlete or not can have a little money . Now if he was holding a bag full of 100's it would be different .

This os the second time Hagans has screwed up. This is even worse than what he pulled against UT. Maybe Cal should sit him for the SEC tourney.
I don’t think I’ve seen this mentioned, the cost of living stipend they get each month is fairly sizeable. Maybe he didn’t spend one month’s check; and is holding up two months worth of cash. That’s easily over $1K. Dumb decision to do so, but the kids do receive money from UK as they do at UofL, Duke, UNC, etc.

You can only see friend’s Snapchat story, unless he posted it to Snapchat’s story. If he did, it was a really dumb decision.

My family owns large used car lots. We take in tons of cash that’s why I say it. Man, if you think that stack is 100’s and no more than 5-7 K I don’t know what to tell you. A grand of 100’s is barely larger than paper thin.
I don’t care anyway. It’s probably someone’s cash and they let him act like a big boy on social media.
One thing in certain about, Hagans isn’t a bright kid, he’s a problem, and I’m ready for him to be gone. That’s my opinion.

Well there you have it . Wasn't even his cash and was from a few weeks ago anyway. The UL troll did his job starting this thread though as it got the attacks from the usual suspects on Hagans .
This is a message board to discuss things........ and getting money from an agent was a possibility especially when he got suspended. I never said for sure thats what happened. I just said this is bad PR for uK and UK needs to get out in front of it.

So, the real story, not started by a UL fan mind you, is that a 20-year old kid took cash that his friend got form selling a used car and flashed it in Social media to act like a big dog? Wow, that sounds really very harmless and hardly anything to be up in arms about.
Any of the posters in this thread who immediately threw the kid under the bus and had UK on probation and him taking money from agents wanna jump back in and eat their crow?

Hagans has to know this doesn't look good for the program, and that it could bring unwanted attention from the media and the NCAA. This just further illustrates that Hagans is all about Hagans, program be damned. I'm convinced his focus when handling the ball isn't on setting the team up for success, but on proving some kind of point or "getting his". I hope I'm wrong.
