*****#7 Kentucky at #14 Ole Miss Official Game Thread*****

NFL QBs don't play perfect games so I don't know why you think he would.
I certainly don’t expect anyone to be perfect. Lord knows I’m not. I’m just analyzing the game. It’s always easy to second guess from the couch everybody knows that. He made the wrong play. It happens but it also sucks

After sulking for a bit......

It's obvious to me, Stoops is hanging his hat on the defense this year. Makes sense, they are the more experienced group.

Awesome game, sure we made some mistakes however, I was glued to the screen as best I could at work.

Ole Miss has two really nice running backs, the one is a freshman, he's going to be the talk of the league in pretty short order.

I hope some of the Levis rhetoric slows down after this game. Not because I don't like him, love the guy as our QB. I think he might be putting too much pressure on himself to live up to it. We just need him to be solid and the offense will be fine.

CRod looked good in his return. Nice to see broken tackles again.

We really missed Jones being out there for his normal work load. Jackson is going to be really good in time, he lacks the seasoning of Jones and Square.

One little note to the primarily basketball fans...... this is why everybody kept telling you how hard it is to win this league, and/or a championship. We have studs all over the field, both sides of the ball, however, every group has to be preforming at high level, at the same time. Super difficult to accomplish.

If the coaches had used CRod more on short yardage, that would have been a big help to Levis. I don't recall any roll-outs for Levis which would have helped to slow down the pass rush. I had more of an issue with the play calling than I did with Levis because coaching is suppose to help put your QB in position to be successful. They seem to keep running the plays that Levis wasn't handling very well which is weird.

I'm a little baffled by it as well. Quick slants and screens are a must if you can't keep teams out of your backfield. A speedster like Brown and Robinson could kill teams on fast slants.

Brown almost took a wr screen to the house
