Don’t know if we need another thread but figure I’d compile this just in case people don’t want to jump into each of the individual threads for details on individual players. Feel free to suggest any players/new updates I missed.
GUARDS:
Deivon Smith (Utah) - apparently strong UK lean and visiting this week. Would LOVE this guy.
Aidan Mahaney (St Mary’s) - visiting UK, down to Creighton/UConn/UK
Elijah Martin (Minnesota) - there’s been contact, but feels like someone we’d go after if we strike out on the above
Johnell Davis (FAU) - likely Arkansas
WINGS:
Robinson (BYU) - entered the draft, but most likely pulling out and would probably end up at UK
Saunders (BYU) - feels like we’ve got this guy if we want him (think the only way we don’t get him is if we get commits from a lot of these other guys)
McNeely (HS) - likely Uconn, but deciding between a visit between UK and Michigan so appears we have a shot
Brea (Dayton) - haven’t heard much recently other than him being down to the 5 blue bloods, but feels like a big priority for Pope. Unsure if we get him though
Stojakovic (Stanford) - down to UK, UNC, and Cal, and visiting this week. Didn’t have a great year last year but has tons of potential as a lights out shooter
Oweh (Oklahoma) - visiting this week
Trezarian White (UNCW) - just entered today but there’s mutual interest
BIGS:
Osobor (Utah State) - still feels like a UK lean but we may need to offer a strong NIL package to keep him from going on those other visits
Garrison (Ok St) - haven’t heard much
Andrew Carr (Wake) - down to UK, Villanova, Texas Tech
JQ (HS) - Louisville
NEW PORTAL ENTRIES:
Wooga Poplar and Norchad Omier (both Miami): unclear if there will be mutual interest but both really good players
