Yellow Flags

Did you ever watch a game with more flags than we saw today? And it wasn't just Uk, as both sides had numerous flags/penalties. What a game to ref. Holding 4-5 times, movement several times. Illegal procedure. 3-4 times. Taunting, pass interference. and the list goes on.

That seems more like a ref issue than a game issue. In their defense, they were overactive on both sides of the ball.

Only 17 flags. Auburn/A&M the same today.

Only 17? Yuck. Made the game a slog. Several of the penalties could have easily been let go on both sides as they didn't even affect the play.

Not saying 17 isnt a lot but certainly not the most penalized game I’ve ever watched. Oregon/Colorado already have 16 through 3 quarters. Quick search shows the record in a D1 game to be 39

At least they knew how to count the downs. Scott Walker made Saban kick a field goal on 3rd down and told him tough (crap).

The PI call on Harriston was beyond ridiculous!!! That idiot ref didn’t throw the flag until AFTER Harriston knocked the ball out!! The same dud made the out-of-bounds call on Barion’s catch the replay official overturned!!

That dude was too old to be out there and SUCKED!
