Absolutely unacceptable for a pay site to not work in the middle of the most important game of the season. This seems to happen every year when we lose in the tournament(and 3-4 other times a year at minimum due to who knows what).
Does rivals have an IT dept? Why do they not prepare for extra traffic...being it's the NCAAT and these issues have been a consistent problem for literally years? I don't think it's an unreasonable thing to ask.
How can we fix it/get it fixed?? That's the main thing.
