Feel free to add as these are off the top of my head...

Would it be Illinois with Anthony Davis, Dan Issel Antoine Walker and others?

Indiana with Kyle Macy, Walter McCarty and others?

Tennessee with Tony Delk, Ron Mercer and Alex Poythress?

Texas with the Harrisons, Julius Randle and others?

Some other state?

I'd argue KENTUCKY. Rupp's 4 championship teams and especially the first 3 were pretty much all Kentucky players. Not to mention we've had a Kentucky boy playing meaningful minutes on our other 4 championship teams. Sure other states might have had more NBA stars or better college players. But you can't deny our state got the empire kicked off.

Outside of Kentucky obviously, Illinois, Texas & Georgia have been kind to the Cats over the years. Some others,

Ohio
Mike Pratt
Kevin Grevey
Erik Daniels
Alex Groza
Mike Phillips
Jim Andrews
Dwight Anderson
Last year's team Livingston & Fredrick from Cincinnati.

New Jersey with a couple of guys on this year's team DJ Wagner & Aaron Bradshaw.
MKG
Karl-Anthony Towns
Isaiah Briscoe
Rodrick Rhodes

New York
Jamal Mashburn
Doron Lamb
Heshimu Evans
Jacob Toppin
