I'm satisfied the NCAA had already prepared for an appeal. Pitino slamming the NCAA was so dumb. For example:
Parent: "I can't believe you did THAT! You are grounded for a month."
Teenager: "I don't care. You don't know what you are doing, so I'm not grounded."
Parent: "Oh hells no!! I had already told you how long you are going to be punished, and now since you ran your mouth! I'm going to go speak to your buddy you got into trouble with and see what he has to say and then you'll be in REAL trouble."
A 10-year show cause penalty for McGee is pretty excessive (not saying he's innocent). If I were McGee I would file an appeal as well, and talk my head off!!

I'm pretty sure that pitino won't be able to wear his ring on national tv as long as he is a coach in the NCAA..past player ncaa can't do crap about them...but who would want to wear their hooker championship ring for people to call them out on...but they should be happy all this crap is gonna be the only reason they might get a 30 for 30 in about 20 years or sowill their championship rings be legal to wear?
