What are your first 3 year expectations for our new coach, no matter who it is?

I only have one. Prioritize UK's success first and do everything to make that happen.
At least one final four and win the sec and sec tournament each at least once. Obviously number 9 would be nice.
By year three we should be capable of winning a title. It’s not required that we do, but we should be in the conversation.

The who will matter greatly. The bigger the name, the bigger the expectations.
Year 1: Free pass to build a culture
Year 2: 20+ wins, competitive in the SEC
Year 3: National title contenders

Anyone worthy of the job should have us as a true contender again by year 3.
And in the age of the portal, maybe year two. A good coach can build a team quickly using the portal.
Also, if it’s a current college coach, they should be ready to go with their own players coming with them, so they could be ready to truly contend by year 2 or 3, for sure.
