Im gonns be a Daddy again right before Christmas....a baby girl
At my age, you find you have more things to be thankful for each year. Foremost is that you are still here to be thankful for things.
That my daughter is alive, getting healthy and will graduate HS on time after continuing to kick brain cancer's ass.

Im thankful for my salvation thru Jesus Christ. Im thankful for my wife and sons and my job.

In my youth years, 6-12, I was thankful for Ozzie Smith and Rick Pitino
In my teen & high school years, I was thankful for my pager and 1996 2 door Sentra.
Approaching my thirties and possibly having a major health incident effect my family, my life has turned to being thankful for the things I've always taken for granted.
You young guys enjoy yourself, because time moves very quickly after a certain age.

I rememeber the days of being thankful for music and orange soda. Of course, back then pot as well.
Oh the days...
Oh, as for rafters, very thankful for the mods. Seriously we've got the best damn mods anywhere. It's like they all collectively go out of their way to not ban people. I'm pretty sure I could have been banned around 200 times by now. IMO the run a message board the way it should be ran. Just take a look at louisvilles boards or over at THR. we are very lucky.
Grateful that all my kids and families will be stateside and home for Thanksgiving. It's been since 2001 that that happens. I appreciate, too, on another level my RR friends.
I'm thankful for a lot of things. Right now, I'm expecting my first grandchild (boy) any day now.
Thankful for God, Family, the good ole USA and the Kentucky Wildcats.
Seeing this take a more serious turn than I had expected, I'll update.
I am thankful that my two little knuckleheads are happy and healthy, that my wife is happy more days than not, and that I have family and friends to share the holidays with - and this includes all you crazy MF'ers on this board! Thanks for keeping it fun .

There are just too many things to list but will name a few:My savior, my wife and daughters, living in this country, surviving Stage 4 cancer for almost 14 years, and being a CATS fan all of my life.
So much luck has come my way in the last six months, it's hard to know where to start being thankful!
- Got laid off from my job in May (a blessing, I was commuting 2 hours each day and hated that and hated the job)
- Got my house renovated and ready to sell in 6 weeks
- Son graduated from college and has a job
- Sold the house in 1 week
- Closed in time to pay daughter's first year college tuition without hocking everything, and pay off some other bills
- Found the perfect house to rent that was available to move in the day before we closed on the house(mid-month, not easy to find), in a great location, has a community pool and a gym
- Got a great new job that I start Monday, working at home, for a fabulous company that really wants me! Same salary I was making before, but after selling the house we have cut our expenses almost in half. Now I can afford to go to the Final Four next year!!
I'm also thankful for my Mom still being here, she is 93 years young and still a huge UK fan!!

I'm thankful for this year's stellar recruiting class and another exciting season of Kentucky Basketball to look forward to!
I'll join you on that. My daughter is 4+ years cancer free, Praise God!
