You do realize that you have a compulsion that is not normal by any means making your issue easily likely that you suffer from mental disorder or illness right? Have you ever had a therapist or psychologist look into what’s going on?

That’s a serious question. OCPD is likely the culprit btw, seeing as how your issues don’t bother you at all.

Of course I can’t know that without a proper assessment (need more to go on) but you’ve definitely got a problem and I’m just saying it can lead to worse places. Get yourself some help. Long term you’ll be glad.

Yea I get that deflection is common but seriously a simple CBT treatment with SSRI could do wonders for you. If I were you I’d look into it. There’s definitely a self approved compulsion at minimum. Nah, I don’t carry any of the symptoms. I work at computers all day long and half the time have nothing to do. I have constant work both business, school, and professional work that has to be done staring at screens. Switching over to rafters is a habit out of boredom.
