Pretty good outing for Thompson. Threw 97 pitches in 6 innings, allowed five hits, struck out seven, walked two.

Cats sent Thompson back out for the 7th. Thought for sure he'd be out after throwing 97 threw 6. He's retired the first two batters in the 7th.
