If the NCAA allows UNC to "win" based on the argument that the classes are non of the NCAA's concern...oh boy, that opens up a TON of potential issues for other schools to do the same.

Exactly. This "it's none of your business" response begs the question, what is the NCAA's business? Why even have an NCAA if it's not involved to insure students are actually students. Just let the Universities go up to Rucker Park and pick the 5 best guys and give them a sky blue jersey and a bottle of Coker-Cola.

I thought that is what the did for about 20 years,then they had to transition to coke instead of co-colar
