UL vs. UNC; Who Do You Want to Lose?

Not that I hate UL, but I hope they lose every damn game they play by 20 and next year every pre-season game as well.

UL will win the games that the refs let them push people out of bounds and hack across the arms a dozen times.

I think the best way to play them is come out pushing hard and make the refs call a T to get them woke up and watching UL closer than they do...

I'd like for UL to get smoked so badly that they are flopping all over the place trying to make a comeback and for all of the sportscasters to call Pitino out on the fact that he trains his guys to do so. Then I'd like ol Roy to call him out on it in the locker room and him mention that they look like a Duke team flopping and boppin like a crocodile rock...this would make Coach K call Roy out on his radio show and call him a freakin cheater and off it would go. Welcome to the ACC Ricky...
I hope Clemson whips them before they get to the UNC game.

UNC may not be as good as we thought and UL may be a little better than we thought.Our rpi won't be an issue this year but NCAAT seeding for the ACC might benefit us down the road so whatever screws up the ACCstandings the most needs to happen.Maybe a UL loss and then a win over Duke.Get UVA a 1 seed and have UL and Duke fight it out for a 2 seed.

I think they're virtually the same. Neither have much of a perimeter game, both have one outstanding player, both will hit the glass, Louisville defends a little better, Carolina scores a little better.

Both look to me like Sweet 16 types of teams who are deeply flawed because they have a hard time making threes.

I agree, but how many years has jurich been at UL, and he probably isn't going to jail anytime soon, it would cause too many suicides in Louisville.

So I never want to see the Tarheels win a game. If they played Duke in the NCAA championship game, I'd root for Duke.

Also, I'm fine with Louisville supressing UNC and Duke. It only enhances the UK-UL rivalry as the best in college basketball, and one that Kentucky dominates.

I'm with you on that.

But there will be no shortage of people telling you that they'd rather see Louisville never win another game - even if it means it hurts UK in the long run.

I never understood that. And I've learned if you ask it during the build up to the UK/UL game, they think you're a UL fan.

Duke and UNC have to admit that UL is the new sheriff in town and UL has to admit that even though they can beat UNC and Duke in the ACC, they can't be Kentucky in the "weak" SEC.

Will it really bother you if UL shows up and talks about owning the ACC when their record against us 1-7 and they have to play us in Rupp next year?

That's better. It just pi$$es me off when someone thinks they own how to be a TRUE fan. I want both of them to lose, but that can't happen, since I want UNC to lose every game untiill the NCAA does the right thing, then I want L-ville to win when they play Cheat U.

No one tops me in hating UNC. But I hope UL loses every game in the ACC. I want Tommy Turtleneck to eat it for forcing UL to join that league for football when it only has Conference USA basketball talent.

UNC fans REALLLLY hate Rick Pitino, so the Dean Dome is gonna be super loud and ferocious when the dirty birds come in. Should be a a blast to watch! Hopefully Marcus Paige shows Chris Jones what a real ACC point guard looks like.

I am a kentuckian and my people have lived here in this state since Daniel Boone and before that my Cherokee ancestry lived here. I am not rooting for any team from tobacco road. They think they play a better brand of basketball over there and they don't. They are number 2 behind the Ohio Valley. The trio of UK IU and UL towers over unc duke and nc state, those places are from a distant land to me. uconn and arizona and ucla and such are the infidel as well. those people are foreigners and are not like me and i always want those people to lose to any team in the ohio valley even if its cincinatti wku, eku more head and the like and i bleed the purest blue of blues I know...

if you cheer for uconn, arizona, ucla, north carolina to beat ul then you are not like me.

If you cheer for duke to beat ul or anybody ever ever ever then you are a rancid piece of dogs hit
