Unfortunately that will never happen. Calipari has stated countless times he will never rush a guy and encourages them to take as much time as they need (down to the last minute before deadline). It’s his entire focus as UK basketball coach (admittedly). To get guys to the NBA and help generational poverty end.

We also know Mitch is to much of a beta to put his foot down or make any demands to Calipari.

Freeman can’t shoot. Watched him live at Horizon League tourney. 1st game he slashed his way to the rim and was effective. But against Oakland the zone completely stifled him. They let him shoot. He was lost. More of a Chris Livingston type player.

I like Freeman but it seems like a portal addition at the wing needs to somehow compliment Knox and Richmond.
