You heard anything on Pierre? All I’ve seen is Kentucky or ole miss
Someone told me to watch out for Nate Oats on this one (like his scoring ability). But still yet, I think we are in it as much as any other school. My buddy tells me that staff feel good. Good meet like right before dead period.

Doesn’t shoot well and is paper thin. I thought Pope said he underestimated how physical the SEC is? Taking string beans like this kid shows me maybe he doesn’t understand. This kid won’t be able to finish through contact.

If this kid is a depth piece then whatever. But if he’s in the two deep I don’t see an upgrade here.
Plenty of long, thin athletes in the SEC, physicality isn't just about your weight. Chad Baker Mazara comes to mind

I’ve watched this kid play handful of times. He’s a dog. He’s super athletic. He rebounds. He’s very quick. His second jump can beat almost everyone off the floor. Very quick hands. Can finish at the rim in many many ways. Crafty. Plays the game with speed, effort, and intensity. Really like him. Would love to add him.
Agreed.

Chad Baker Mazara always comes to mind when I think about lean bodied guys that were successful this year in the SEC. It helps that he is a 5th year senior, he's figured it out.
Problem is, I can't think of anyone else that did well in the SEC that has a frame like that.

I think riley will add muscles in offeseaon but his size and athleticism can not be taught

Well, Jaxson Robinson comes to mind next. To your point, he was also a 5th year guy

Dillingham was very slight and still scored in bunches, but of course he struggled badly on defense

This is going back a few years but Herb Jones at Bama was never filled out and I think he won SEC POY

I guess my point is it can work, but I’ll agree with you that it helps to have some beef

See, it's really hard to find guys with a thin frame that could handle physicality.

To me, Jaxson Robinsin struggled when teams got physical with him, with the exception of Tennessee for some reason.

Oakland got physical with Dillingham. To Rob's credit, he tried to play through it, but he just ended up forcing shots and found himself on the bench.

I just think the best bet, is to get guys that are physically ready for the SEC

Riley has better athleticism than rob/jax, just needs to add more muscle
