Nait George - PG - Georgia Tech - Will be a JR this upcoming year. 12.3 ppg / 4.2 rpg / 6.5 apg. Very good in the pick and roll, great assist #s, would be even better in a better spaced offense. Solid at leading the offense and can score when needed.
Nigel Pack - PG - Miami - 6th year SR., has Final 4 experience. 313 career 3s at a 40% rate. Considered a sniper, like LJ Cryer at Houston. Instant offense. Also averaged 3 rebounds and 4.6 assist. Lowest ppg average was 12.7 as a freshman at KState.
Henri Veesaar - Center - Arizona - Will be a JR, added 30 pounds from freshman to sophomore seasons. 7-0 / 220 pounds. As a sophmore only played 17 mpg. 9.4 ppg / 5 rpg / 1.3 apg / 1.1 blocks per game. Kid will be a stud center before his college time is up. Already a secondary scorer / rim protector.
Quimari Peterson - G - ETSU - Will be a JR.- SoCon player of the year, 47% on cacth and shoot 3s, 42% overall on high volume. Averaged 19.5 ppg / 4.5 rpg / 3.7 apg / 2 steals per game.
Kanan Catchings - F - BYU - was a freshman last year, only played about 17 mpg. Averaged 7.2 ppg / 2.2 rpg. 6-9 shot 35% from 3, but few minutes, has solid form. Be a very good spacing 6-9 forward. has 3 years left, would be a nice bench contributor.
Notice ALL of these guys with the exception of Pack, have multi years remaining. Would not have to depend on the portal to get half the roster every year. Would have the luxury of being very select and sign the best of the best at positions of need. JMO, but if we would sign a couple of these guys, I wouldn't be mad.
Would love to have Pack (final 4 experience, shooting, can play both guard positions. Veesaar, I think the kid becomes an Elite center this year. 7-0 big who can protect the rim. Just needs playing time. I think Quimari Patterson can be a very top rated guard already has shown he can do lots of things. Can shake anybody, he is that quick / nifty.
