Get better and play ln year 3 or 4 or leave. I'm not sure if he wants to play immediately or thinks he's better than he is.
WKU player maybe
WKU player maybe
Weird question. Was Perry wearing an Arkansas jersey when he announced?Sooo. Is Perry on the same level as Sheppard with BBN now?
BAMA. Cincy, Ole Miss, & WKU sounds like a good spread to me.The kid wasn't good enough to be here. Ky high school legend, completely overmatched at high D1. I seriously doubt if ANY of the big schools after seeing him play will offer him anything. Would fit well at Murray or someplace similar. Finally he was given a chance by our coach to stay here learn improve and try to help us build something. He chose to leave . I don't want him back as a senior which I also believe has 0 percent chance of ever happening. Much like the kid that decommitted, if he isn't willing to fight for a place in line up WE DONT NEED HIM.
More than that. Endorsements and all, he was closer to a million.Dude was making 250k here at UK. I don’t think he’s going to get that anywhere else. But the writing was on the wall. Pope realized he wasn’t it after the SEC tournament. Without massive injuries again he wasn’t going to sniff the floor this year either.
Adious Muchachos
All of them may have recruited him but I bet they don't now that they have seen him play D1 ballBAMA. Cincy, Ole Miss, & WKU sounds like a good spread to me.
This is most likely. We saw what Dontaie Allen did after he left...nothing.I love that some fans think he goes somewhere and light us up next year for 40....as opposed to going to like highpoint and avg like 6.6 pts a game
Based on what? Players have been transferring since the dawn of time. From the University of Kentucky even. Joe B Hall transferred in the middle of the season to Sewanee because he could play there the next week.
Players haven't wanted to practice and sit bench since the days of peach basket. Now, it's just easier is all.

Hours before the deadline? Hiiiiighly doubt it.Pushed out?
Can’t imagine too many SEC coaches will want him. Conference will be slight,y easier this year but no less physical. He’s just not an SEC caliber guard atm.If he goes to Murray or Evansville fine. Don't like him going to an SEC School.
Smart move by Perry. He can go somewhere and develop in a meaningful way with game time experience and possibly return to UK and be much more valuable than sitting the bench here and not developing over the next three years. Either way ... best of luck to him. Good kid.
something about perry or green that is super impressive to you other than from kentucky? our literal coach doesnt want them(mean way to put it sure).....i didnt want them....no one linked around the program was high on them.....if we have 12 injuries again this year than sure we could use the likes of perry and green.....i feel like losing 80% of our games with a crappy all kentucky roster would make some people happyIf he goes and gets experience, works his ever loving ass off and proves himself he can transfer back. But if there is a Kentucky kid that we might want after this upcoming season it would be Max Green if he proves himself in the Big 10 at Northwestern, has a lot more potential than Perry just due to his size and more athletic, not by a ton but still more athletic than Perry.
I bet we're done and sticking with 12 guys again. If Perry wont stay and accept building himself up to try for rotation spot his junior year then who the Fudge cracker son of shrek is going to come in and be willing to be the break glass in case of emergency 13th guy?
I don't think that's what he was saying at all.something about perry or green that is super impressive to you other than from kentucky? our literal coach doesnt want them(mean way to put it sure).....i didnt want them....no one linked around the program was high on them.....if we have 12 injuries again this year than sure we could use the likes of perry and green.....i feel like losing 80% of our games with a crappy all kentucky roster would make some people happy
It's a business. Once money got openly involved these things were destined to happen.Glad to see everyone taking this well... it's frustrating but more so for a competitive athlete.
Perhaps Perry rejoins us a senior.
Meh. The bar for mythical ‘always a Cat’ status should be a little higher than a lone season averaging less than 3 points off the bench before hitting the portal? Before becoming memorable, isn’t there a required component of accomplishing something memorable? To each their own.Perry will always be a cat!
Did he wear an Arkansas shirt at his pro stop? Then nope.Sooo. Is Perry on the same level as Sheppard with BBN now?
