While I would agree that recruits hardly ever say anything bad about a visit, don't think I have heard many use the term "sensational". Guess we shall see what happens with Bolden. I think we have a good shot here in my opinion.

You weren't being negative at all, just being sort of realistic and, as you say, stating the obvious as we have heard most recruits say very positive things about their visits to a campus, not unusual at all. Your post didn't merit a "scolding" like you received.

It's very simple. History has taught us that we don't know a player's true intentions until he verbally commits, and we can't be sure until he actually signs. If someone thinks that is negative, they haven't followed recruiting very long.

You are correct if you want to be prepared for NBA then Cal does that the best.

Sensational is a strong word, he didn't just say that it was good. I believe he was blown away, we are in good shape with him IMO.

The silence has been deafening since he left Lexington. Obviously, this can be interpreted in several ways.
I find this a positive & find comfort in the fact that Randle's mentor is helping guide him through the process. I kind of like the way that this young man handles his business.
As you may remember, all the experts had Randle a lock to Kansas late in the process.

This recruitment will be a good measure of Cal versus Self recruiting. Self has been on Bolden for years and Kentucky offered (comparatively) late, as did Duke. Bolden also mentioned he grew up a Kansas fan.
