The gap between us and Tenn will grow wider the longer Mitch drags his feet on NIL. Tenn recruiting will only improve with their full embrace of NIL.
UT has numerous extremely wealthy boosters who love UT football. UK doesn’t have any. Nothing Mitch can do will change that.

It’s irrational to think we could line up and go toe to toe with UT scoring. Keeping UT on the sideline was the only shot we had and the reality is we never had a shot to begin with. UT is better than us on our best day this year
It's not NIL. It's the HC'S philosophy. If you traded head coached. We'd win just like they are.
I dont get this logic. UK was never competing for a national title, sec title, sec east title or new years 6 bowl. Does it really matter if we go 7 and 5 or 8 and 4 or 9 and 3?
For 98% of division 1 football teams the season doesn't really have an objective other than making a bowl game most people don't care about outside of those 2 fanbases. We always know alabama and osu and Georgia and Clemson and a few other selec teams will be your playoff.
When it goes to 12 it will get a bit more interesting but same old teams will win it.
Hooker and their oline are clearly better than Levis and our oline.
It's about philosophy, play calling and attitude toward scoring. We have a HC that has no clue how important it is.

If Levis actually deserved the hype we’d have more concrete things to point to, even despite the oline not being good and the coaching not being the best.
UT has the Volunteer Club where every fan can donate money directly to the NIL fund. Mitch will NEVER allow anything like that. And they are partnered with Spyre Sports (an NIL agency) that’s pledged $25M annually to their Volunteer Club. It has nothing to do with just a handful of donors. They’re all in on NIL and Mitch will never be.

Simp.e question your son is a top 150 reciever and every SEC team wants him , under what circumstance would you EVER send him to Kentucky. The truth is we are as far as we ever get with Stoops. You want to beat 4 tomato cans Vandy and a couple of low teir SEC teams every year, Stoops is your guy, anything more NOT happening
Coaching staff needs to answer for this abomination of performance. They had two weeks to prepare and have looked inept on both sides of the ball, this team beat us by 3 last year and are boat racing us this year. That’s all coaching.

Plain and simple we are pretenders. Stoops has a projected 1st round pick and a running back that may make it in the leave as a back up for a few years. He opts for the lesser talent to focus his offense around. Let the QB get in a rhythm or he will be forced to throw behind the chains all night against good teams. He’s had his first quality QB in his time here and hasn’t shown he can develop one or recruit one other than Levis. Use him as the focal point.

so where to next? People complain about Cals system being outdated and I would say Stoops’ system is also outdated.
