Please listen to the Legend of L. Coen,
A Coach known for X’s and O’s,
We never knew if he was comin’ or goin’
He only stays a year, then he blows.

In the pre-season he had quite a scare
And was hospitalized for brief duration.
Testing proved he needed no care;
he stroked out on his own expectations!

So I wish the guy the best O’ Luck,
In yet another position so new.
But frankly, I don’t much give a f@ck
For that Yankee who twice wore our Blue!

There once was a man named Coen,
Who was famed for his offenses a-rowin...

That's all I have. I gotta go interview with the New York Times and the Chicago Tribune now.

Leaving Half Baked GIF

Liam Coen was the best we ever saw
When he had Levis, Wan’Dale, CRod and the Wall
He went away to again be a Ram
But returned for the 1.8 million dollar scam

When his offense relied mainly on Leary
To the past there was little resemblance
Coen panicked because things got scary
And had to be removed by way of ambulance.

Now he is gone, returned to the NFL
Leaving Mark Stoops in OC Yo-Yo hell
Off to the the Bucs, never again BBN
It’s time to move back in with Eddie Gran

F it. Give me someone from the Hal Mumme/Mike Leach coaching tree.

The Air Raid years were so much fun although we lost a lot of games.

Probably because I had season tickets row 1 45 yrd line behind the opposing team and got to talk mad trash to so many future NFL Legends and people like Mike Bobo.

OC at WKU fits your desires … fwiw

I don't have any poetry but one anagram of his name is Lie Man Co. Part of a broader conspiracy? Stoops should be on the lookout for others from this company!

Like I've said if Coen had enough balls to be like.... I am a NFL guy. It didn't really work out with the Rams, but ultimately that's where I want to be, I would have a lot more respect for the guy. Instead he's a BS pumper that will tell you exactly what he thinks people want to hear.

There once was a coach named Coen,
Who was known for his comin and goin,
When things started to unravel,
He said, "bye got to travel",
But thanks for the short term Loens!!!

Heres a little story bout a man name Liam
If you didn't look quick, youre never gonna see him
Then one day, he was workin' on some plays
and up outta nowhere come a job in LA
Well the first thing you know, he's a NFL OC
Kin folk said, Liam's gotta leave,
Said californy is the place he oughta be
So he loaded up the truck and he moved to Beverly...
Hills that is, movie stars, swimmin pools.

Yall know the rest...

My apologies to any Shakespeare scholars or Macbeth fans in particular.

Double, double toil and trouble
Coen's left, the cauldron bubbles

Stoops is left to stir the pot
A coaching spot without a name
Another one year tenure
Left and only leaving shame

Is this a dagger which I see before me?
Now it's planted firmly in my back.
"Twasn't me," as Coen flees
The OC doth protest too much, methinks!

Not ever hiring him back is a no brainer for Kentucky, he couldn't replicate the year before last, so he got Rabbit in his blood and run.

When he was hired:

“By the Tingling in my thumbs,
Something for 12 months this way comes.”

Well done!

(I'm running out of ideas with this, so forgive the stretch!)

All the world's a stage and we are merely players. Coen's now had two exits, this one man knows how to part.
