FSU, the best ACC team, beat the 5th best SEC team.

Lower half ACC team in Miami beats lower half SEC in Texas A&M

UNC is probably the 3rd best ACC team in terms of talent…beat a bottom SEC team in South Carolina.

And the worst ACC team in Wake beat the worst SEC team in Vandy.

That’s a real great way to judge differences…Saturday the #3 ACC team in Georgia Tech faces the #1 SEC team in UGA…

And let’s see the others…FSU Louisville and Clemson are the 3 top ACC teams facing Kentucky Florida and SC…3 of the bottom SEC teams.

I mean on paper if it’s 2 even conferences…you’d expect those top teams to just be head and shoulders better. The fact is…maybe you all are better than us Saturday? But it won’t be by much…you’ll be narrowly ahead of a 6-6 Kentucky team and playing for a conference title. What a joke of a league.

As a UK fan, I don't like hypocrisy. We are an underdog against UL. We've lost to two teams we were favored over, at least with early lines. We are a dog at Louisville. We need to either beat them, or shut the **** up. As a fan base, we run our mouths, me included, but they've beaten teams they should have this year and we have not. Say they were weaker teams, that is fine. But Saturday, we will find out which team is better. Go Cats.

2016 we entered the game 6-5….lost to Southern Miss. They had Lamar Jackson and an Orange Bowl on the line…yet we beat them. I think we will see that we will be ready for them…we may not win but we’ve seen better.

Missouri is on another level than them…Tennessee is better than them…Spencer Rattler was way tougher to defend than Jack Plummer. Of course that doesn’t mean we are great…but again they don’t really pass the eye test of some scary team…what’s special about them?

UL was in it the year they lost to WVU or Rutgers, I don't remember which one, but we have not been in the conversation.

I agree. We can, and probably should beat them. We have better players. The thing that scares me is our defensive secondary. But, we can win. Probably should. But our fans saying they suck because of their schedule are being naïve. My prediction is that if we keep it close in the first quarter, we can win. If UL gets an early lead, we get blown out. Yeah UK has won 5/6 but the 2016 game was a 3 point win so that’s not really beating the dog sh!T out of a team. Plus had Jackson not fumbled at the UK 9 yard line the game more than likely would have had a different outcome. The 2018 game congrats you beat a team that had lost 8 straight and the coach had already been fired. Plus we lost 6 games that year by 4 touch downs or more. Last year Cunningham played hurt most of the game although he never played well vs UK.

In the series each team has gone on streaks like from 2011-2017 Louisville won 6 out of 7. UK had won 4 straight from 2007-2010. Before that Louisville had won 7 of 8. So I’d the pattern continues it’s time for Louisville to go on a streak of wins. I do think the coaches are more evenly matched right now than any other time in the past. Cause the streaks seem to follow each teams down years under different coaches.

And this year it was Kentucky that provided enough suck to suction any real interest from the game.
