Every year I amazed by how much this is true. When you truly look at some of the kids have come here and left early and some of the ones that are currently looking to leave early, would they have gone early if they had played at say Florida or maybe even KU. I think Devin and Trey are fantastic college players but if they were on MIzzou ( where Devin was thinkiing of going) would they even be in the conversation. Would Archie or Marquis Teague ever have even had an opportunity to go if they went to UConn or Georgetown? Cal has done such a masterful job of selling the NBA that because these kids have played for him at UK that they are ready and should be thought of more highly because of being here. There are a number of guys that have gone but could've/shouldve stayed for at least a couple years. Deandre and Doron come to mind. Its just simply amazing what Cal has done!
