The more I think about it the more I think they're gonna go after Oliver Luck. If it were Mack Brown I don't think they woulda fooled with an interim and put an August deadline on the hire. I don't think Jurich would go after turning them down once already (and the UT insider did confirm he was contacted about the opening previously on ESPN). So I think they're gonna wait until after the bowl season and make a pitch to Luck and shoot for an August hire. That saves em some money for one year of the buyout on Lucks contract and don't care enough about basketball to have an AD in place for that anyway. Let the interim handle basketball and get Luck to take care of next football season and probably firing Strong.
