My dad and I were able to get a picture with him a few weeks ago at Union County when he was honored between games. My grandpa gave him his first coaching gig (baseball coach at 13 years old). He said to my dad "I remember you kicking my ass in baseball all of the time". First time I got to meet him, but him and my father were good friends going back to their Union County and UK days.
