Suit filed a year after 85-year-old Florida woman killed in alligator attack

They trapped and removed a 7 ft gator from our community pond yesterday evening. They usually remove them when they get close to 6 ft, but this one rarely made an appearance out of the water during the day. The one that killed the lady in the story was nearly 11 ft, and the fact that Spanish Lakes didn't have it removed earlier will probably help her family's lawsuit.
