* Going into the open date, a good opportunity to self-scout, take a look at the areas leading to success and where they're falling short and need to improve. Also a good time to get some guys healed up.
* On having success against two high-profile QBs like Beck and Dart... A variety of reasons. It's always a team effort. Offense possessing the football, racking up first downs, and controlling time of possession also helps. But, defensively, it all starts up front with being stout in the run game and putting QBs in more predictable pass situations on 2nd and 3rd down. It's really just playing good football across the board.
* On where the offense is picking up confidence... Getting better week to week. Bush Hamdan is getting a better understanding of the league and what we can do well. Being able to run the ball and play-action pass is a big deal. Tough yards against quality opponents is always a big thing, but they've added a few more explosive plays as well.
* On the SC game maybe helping turn this team around... It may have. You try to learn from every situation, whether it's a win or a loss. But I also don't believe people are giving SC the credit they are due. Coach Beamer got their attention the same way after they didn't look good in Game 1. We just didn't play well in any aspect that game, fundamentally. It was nowhere to be found.
* On analytics and his 4th down call at Ole Miss... It's always going to be a feel situation, but he does listen to the analytics to balance his gut feeling. The biggest difference in UGA/Ole Miss is they needed a TD no matter what vs. Ole Miss.
