Stuff like that and Will going out of his way to commend the OL on TV last week goes a long way with locker room morale ( not saying ours was bad) I genuinely feel like we have some of the best “culture” in football. I feel like the guys are really loved and cared about and on the flip side I believe the guys really love their coach.
but stuff like that gets Buford thinking no way is anyone getting to my man Will, then you have Chris doing that and pushing piles and your lineman just naturally get amped and it’s contagious. That’s why leadership is so important and why leadership is such a sought after trait in a lot of things in life. Not saying we were ever bad but I bet that line plays their tails off going forward.

Lot of times it takes several defenders standing CR up. The coaches need to coach ALL of our OL to rush behind CR and push the pile. Have noticed several defenders standing CR up and start pushing him back with only one or two of our OL pushing back.
