I think it’s going to be a great battle to get him to Lexington hopefully we can pull him out of bamaThis is the kid I want too.. He look's like a QB that can make all the throws and still has some wiggle to move around good enough to avoid tackles.. Has a heck of an arm..

Eddie Gran was our primary recruiter in FL previously. Now Gran is a nonrecruiting offensive consultant. Eric Wolford, Mike Stoops, and Brad White have recruited FL prospects and are mainly handling the state now.Who has the responsibility for Florida?
What say you @Pablo Escavol??Always feels good to get deep in that Tennessee azz….
Collins is recruiting north Florida. He was in Orlando the other day. Mike Stoops will be recruiting an area from roughly Tampa southward.Eddie Gran was our primary recruiter in FL previously. An earlier post suggested Chris Collins, but I do not think Collins is spending much time recruiting in FL. Collins has been recruiting jucos in MS, and has spent some time recruiting in GA.
FL is a big state. A group of UK coaches are covering FL now. For example, Coach Coen is recruiting Anthony Colandrea out of St Pete and Dylan Rizk out of Ft. Lauderdale. Mike Stoops is recruiting Andrew Rumph out of Palmetto. Eric Wolford is recruiting Lucas Simmons out of Clearwater and Gernorris Wilson out of Lakeland. Brad White is recruiting Will Norman and Jordan Hall, both out of Bradenton.Collins is recruiting north Florida. He was in Orlando the other day. Yes, but generally it will be Collins in north Florida and Stoops in south Florida.FL is a big state. A group of UK coaches are covering FL now. I have not suggested that Chris Collins never goes to FL. He has not been there a lot, but he is recruiting Dijon Johnson out of Tampa.
I could prove what I offered with a list of links, but I don't want this thread to get off topic like before and would rather emphasize the positive. The bigger picture is that UK's recruiting volume in FL is on the increase again. Eddie Gran and Darin Hinshaw formerly covered FL, but of course they are gone. Since then, White, Coen, Wolford, Collins, and the elder Stoops have been recruiting in FL. In time, we will see that will continue.Yes, but generally it will be Collins in north Florida and Stoops in south Florida.
I'm not sure what you are getting so sensitive about here. I didn't disagree with you. Just pointing out that while sure, a different assistant may recruit one or two guys due to a connection with a coach or high school, the two assistants that I named are responsible for the lions share of those two particular geographic regions (south Florida & north Florida.)I could prove what I offered with a list of links, but I don't want this thread to get off topic like before and would rather emphasize the positive. Review this and similar threads: that has been the cause of at least 40% of “distractions” from the subject(s) of these threads.I'm not sure what you are getting so sensitive about here.
Yeah I'm not commenting on it any further as I hate when these threads get away from the topic. Just wanted to clear that up.Review this and similar threads: that has been the cause of at least 40% of “distractions” from the subject(s) of these threads.
Overton's are coming vs. Chattanooga but I wish they came for Saturdays game. The crowd isn't going to be as good as it was vs. Mizzou.
He's visiting A&M this weekend said for the third time. Not sure how they could have room this year. Where are you hearing he is going?I mentioned here a while back this kid and his family have been trying to reclassify for hhe 22 class to get in before some kind of rules are applied to the NILs.
Rumor is he will announce he is reclassifying to the 22 class, will announce and sign this week.

I’m not counting on that. He’s done no better than Stoops, and was lucky to win at home in ‘18 in overtime.Jimbo better win big very soon.

Dead period is here and lasts the entire month of February, so hopefully a hire should be made by the time it ends.If it's true about the OL coach moving on, then CMS/UK AD can assign one of the off the field assistants to cover for him until someone is hired. So it could be Gann, is that his name?, Or anyone of the support staff members to recruit off campus until the new OL coach is hired.

He left Fla. St. in tatters. I’ve never really bought into the Jimbo hype.I’m not counting on that. He’s done no better than Stoops, and was lucky to win at home in ‘18 in overtime.

Just stop trying to make this personal. There is no purpose. The thread is about the recruiting class, and you previously agreed to stay on point.I'm not sure what you are getting so sensitive about here. I didn't disagree with you.
