Can the NCAA enforce anything out of the country? If we have someone abroad scouting and doing preliminary conversations to gauge interest would they even have any issue with it/be able to enforce anything?

That is a great idea to be fair.....

In NBA Jokic, Giannis, Doncic....Embid did play ball in USA. But the top players more and more are not American kids but Overseas. I'm all for not taking way more skill guys that can shoot, pass and move on the wings and bigs vs. all athlete/skill lacking AAU ball kids.

We only get them a year regardless....hard to wait on them to learn inside of 6 months of college ball.
