So UK is 5-0 against…

It blows my mind how little critical thinking some people have. We started the year off hot, looked great until the injuries started pouring in, then we still looked pretty good (even better at times) and are in line for a top three seed in the NCAAT. This team proved they can compete with and beat title contenders. At some point in time you’re missing too many starters. This season should go down as a frustrating success in isolation, and a sign that really good things are in our future in context.

And if we somehow regroup and take on some other teams, we might make a run...

I believe, some people wanted to marginalize what coach pope has done this year.

No way any other coach in the country could have quality wins and then have to play injured and everybody demands winning results anyways?

Also beat the WCC champs, Gonzaga.

We had a good team this season, it just fell apart due to injuries.
Wasnt butler out for the Gonzaga game? I’m not buying the injuries are why we regressed argument. It contributes but first last night butler wasn’t injured. He just didn’t play. Pope said his scans were perfect and he was planning to play him in the second half. I also think Robinson wasn’t going to play pg hell or high water so with butlers uncertainty he went ahead and had the procedure. This seems like a chaotic cal season with players and agents dictating things at least with Robinson and the well known pact he had with pope.

I saw this and had flash backs to the past seasons.

They may be but remember how pivotal flagg was on that last play or so, against us?

He made a turnover and we ended up winning all because of him.

Just saying, I think Flagg has the "IT" factor.

If needed, he could either will a game to be won or lost. Something you see a lot in march.

Then you don’t understand sports. We won that Gonzaga game because for 1 half the team rallied and JR stepped up when KK went down. That is common to happen for a half or a game. But doesn’t last for extended periods.
Robinson simply isn’t good enough to be listening to agents. His best case is to make a G-league team or get a Euro offer.
What has hit us hardest is the number of injuries especially to the same position.

But damn, if we’d have hired Golden or Pearl we’d really be killing it.

Yeah people get mad because we question Butler toughness when I heard the statement last night he would play if it was the championship game I laughed and said my goodbyes to him. Tired of the if Butler was healthy arguments. Dude missed more games then half the fans and couldn't even give us 10 minutes yesterday. That's not the toughness I remember or wanna see.

The year nerlens noel got hurt comes to mind. Watch Duke fail without flagg.
Duke has notified the committee Flagg will play in the tourney to keep their seed. We need to do the same with Butler even though we're not in tight with the committee like Duke.

If we had a dislike button I would use it. Since we don't I just say TERRIBLE TAKE.
Same for BGCATFAN2012's reply.

Thats funny, duke can keep their seed but we can't? Of course we should tell the committee we are going to play butler.

I hope you’re buzzed up or drunk. If you’re making a post like this completely sober you need to quit watching sports. SMH…wow

Alabama loses Nelson and gets blown out by 20. Injuries matter.
