Honestly Sacramento is a pretty good spot for Frank, he is behind George Hill (who has had three major injuries the last 5 years), and De'Aaron Fox (who I am not sure Frank isn't better than). Worst case scenario he will be the first PG off the bench for like 40+ games this year
