For those who quickly skimmed my earlier post...this beer was still in my fridge from when AG brought it my home to watch a UK game. AG had great taste in college basketball, but terrible taste in beer. But tonight... I drink it.
Thanks for posting again, Aligned. Sorry about AG. He was rowdy, no doubt. I wanted so badly for his bold prediction to come true, and I seriously doubt he hated the 'holes any more that I do. God bless him if he did. But just to entice the discussion and for the sake of AG's memory, I'm going to invite you to share the details of the western union receipt you've mentioned. You might as well do it, as it seems to have had a large basis for why AG was so confident. Please do. Frankly, this is the time and place. Again, thanks for posting.
During the PJ Hairston ordeal, I was feeding Prisbell info. We texted and emailed daily for a few months. Prisbell shared a lot of details with me...and stated that he withheld a lot of info too. It was info he worked hard to get...so that was his choice. At one point, Eric opened a new email account to talk to me because UNC fans hacked his email address to see what we were discussing.
Eric clearly stated that he was given a Western Union transaction number that was allegedly from a UNC booster to a basketball player.
Prisbell was working numerous leads on WheelsForHeels...dating back to and including Danny Green.
Prisbell put in good work...and stated that he had plenty more hot leads. And then it all suddenly stopped. Prisbell completely quit on every facet of the UNC story.

You guys did good to get where you got. UNC is a hella corrupt organization, and I used that word appropriately.
When you get by with endless scandals because of a complicit media, it's hard to crack it. We're seeing it in current American politics today as well. It's everywhere. I don't think it's a big suprise UNC-CH has a huge journalism department and ESPN (who is also an investigative news network) hires them regularly. Oops we suddenly can't do our job. I won't even start with the NCAA.
The one difference I've argued with some on here is I believe, whole heartedly, that academics absolutely played a role. The majority of collegiate athletes at this level are black. American universities are absolutely full of elitist intellects (soft bigots) who believe they should play by a completely different set of rules. I know baskrtball people cheated for basketball, but no one could ever convince me without evidence that the academic department didn't have their own reasons for it and to me, I've never met many academics who give a rip about sports. I know some think that's me giving UNC (academics-athletics) the pass, but seems to me to be quite the opposite. It should indict them two fold.

Do we know each other? Have you read through the entire thread? I was far, FAR from disrespecful. I was cautious.
It was explained to you that we've had a run of some idiots claiming death and getting a rise out of folks for whatever sick reason. Alumni was a controversial poster whom I liked very much. You have very little post history, you show up citing this death and we couldn't even figure out if it was the right Ag.
Tough loss, but you should at least understand where some of us were coming from. Now I've heard your tirade, and I'm done. You're not going to make me out to be something I wasn't.

Could you post on the board when and if you receive it? Now that Aligned has weighed in, It seems more credible. As some on here have posted, the AG we all saw on here and posted with seemed much older than 44 , because of the things he talked about and posting style, like the Rupp years, unless you were alive at that time, there is no way you can post things, posting from memory is different than posting from reading history. Again, if true, he will be missed.

Still no obit in O'boro paper of anyone even close to AG's age, if in fact he was 44.
And we have a name from a 2nd friend who drinks beer with AG on 2nd st in Owensboro. A possible non linked facebook page, Call this thread: Making a dead poster. AG (would) love(s) it.
