May be the worst officiated half I've ever seen. They've missed a few on UNC but we've gotten the shaft a lot more. Higgins is just so bad. I can't understand why the NCAA picks these guys. I know guys at the DII level that can referee circles around these guys.

If it doesn't change quickly, I bet Cal picks up a T soon.
