Yeah, the inconsistent crap and lack of logic in rankings is why I don’t even think rankings should occur until about two months into the season.

Early in this game I said to myself that no way is Florida the 12th best team. A lot of people lost, but that is not a top 12 team. Top 25 yes, not 12.
Huge win for the cats and I can see us falling somewhere around 12-15.

The Gators are good, don't dismiss what we did. They just need to get AK47, or Heinz 57, or whatever his approved nickname is some experience. The lines for Fla are decent, the skill position guys are decent. I thought Napier panicked by going for it on fourth down way too soon though.

Of course, we're also getting needed experience on our line. I like how Stoops and Levis don't rattle. What a good trait to have in your leaders.

This. We just shut out UF in the Swamp in the 2nd half and scored 19 unanswered points to gig that #12 Gator ass in front of 90,000 and that after UF just beat #7 Utah there last week.
We deserve to be top 10 after the huge win without our star running back in Florida v #12 and all the upsets today!

Agree - it will be that exactly. Truth be told, after watching tonight, I think they were overrated because media has overrated QB Richardson so much.

They are solid (athletically talented in a lot of spots) but probably not even top 25
