Haven't seen this on the board yet, but I heard Dan Patrick say on the radio today that a rules change was proposed today that would allow those kids that leave school early to return if they aren't drafted. I don't believe this includes 2nd rounders. Said it would be voted on this Winter and take effect for next year's draft if adopted.
