Prediction: Kennard will never start for Duke

Oh he still does, he's just reinvented himself. Look at the similarities in the 2 accounts. Same posting style. The new account was created 4 months after the last post of the first account. Also, the new account has picked up the "likes" from the first account.

You know to think of it now, bo had negative posts but has changed it up so he isn't that suspicious.

Same dude, I'm tellin' ya. He has calmed the anti Cal rhetoric down but has liked several posts of his alter ego ZaytovenCat.

Obviously I was wrong in my prediction about Kennard, but it's still an interesting situation.

There's a rumor over on the Duke board that Kennard's Dad is mad that Luke is going pro. Maybe he is mad that Luke feels he has to go pro now instead of staying another year to get his degree.

If you recall when Kennard committed to Duke, it was said that Luke didn't like the one and done culture at UK, he wanted to enjoy the college experience and presumably get a degree and he felt he fit in better at Duke. Yet Luke saw Allen come back last year and get pushed to the bench by both his emergence and the play of Tatum and Jackson, falling out of the first round of the draft and losing millions of dollars in the process.

With Duke pursuing 5 more OAD caliber kids this year, Luke has no guarantee the same wouldn't happen to him next year. Essentially his college career was not appreciably different than it could have been at UK.

He might not have predicted it, but he blew up at Duke his Sophomore year. He would be stupid to return. He can return and finish his degree at any time, but it's very possible his stock would go down.
