Very sorry to hear. My co-worker’s wife (coincidentally named Nicci) had to do the same. I hope everything works out.

40 are there any developments with your wife’s progress ? My wife and I are lighting a candle for her at mass 📿
She has developed secondary bacterial pneumonia on top of everything else.
I know I'm to say Gods Will not mine be done........but it is hard.
I hear you Bill. We know that, in the end we will all be more than ok, but while we're in this world its hard. We're all still with you and praying God's strength for you and healing for Nikki.

I pray for God's healing touch on your wife and for His strength and peace for you both. I agree with you that it is hard to say not my will but yours. HE knows in our flesh that it is hard to do that.

praying Bill, for your whole family. My stepson was just recently on a vent for 35 days. Things looked bleak for him and the docs werent optimistic but he has been home for over a month now and is doing good. Don''t give up hope no matter how bleak it seems!
