Further, I'd like to find a breakdown, state by state, ranking their net positive/net negative position with respect to Federal revenue produced vs. Federal funds received. Mainly to see if California is "living off of" some of these states that it loves to put down. Other than mandatory infrastructure dollars, I'm not sure WHY they continue funds from the rest of us, while essentially acting as a free soup kitchen and hospital for illegals.

I basically agree with your premise but you are demanding what is impossible to do immediately given the congress. Too many Dem's and Rino's to have a prayer at going from A to Z at this time anyway. You can't always get what you want at every turn but don't rule out that they are trying to work that direction.
