Trump has full control of All 3 branches of government. Why doesn't he make changes to all of these government agencies via codified law and Congress??
It is because that requires thoughtful, difficult work.
He sits at his throne in the Oval Office and signs worthless EOs that he knows the judges are going to toss because they are unconstitutional and illegal.
He doesn't GAF about actually making long standing changes. He just likes chaos and confusion. He is an idiot. Hopefully our checks and balances keep him from doing generational damage before he is impeached or his term is up.

Congress controls spending and creation/dissolving of government agencies.... Not the Executive branch. Trump can work with Congress to make those changes but that requires hard work and focused effort.

Its a huge slippery slope. The better move is to let the appeals process play out and have some hard precedent set where district courts cant issue nationwide injunctions.
If you start impeaching judges for being rogue, its just a tool the dems will hijack when they get in power. They corrupt and coopt everything, twisting it to their corrupted purpose.
Even the hard precedent i mention has its risks. It will consolidate tons of power in those dc districts, much like the Franklin circuit courts here in ky.
The system is set up to be adversarial where all parties pursue their own interests. It isnt set up to absorb an army of activists put in place over decades.

Anytime a child dies it's a tragedy. Whether it be from a disease, an accident, or a school shooting. This doesn't make any sense legally. So one federal judge doesn't have "power over" the executive branch. Who does then? Only the SCOTUS? The executive branch is free to ignore orders of any court lower than SCOTUS?
