Federal law shouldn't automatically in every circumstance, constitutionally. The civil war changed that in many ways. But if states want federal dollars now for highways and such, they need to comply with the federal govt. I would think that when competing with schools from other states, they would need to comply with federal law outside of Cali.

She'll say something like musk only pays 1% or something...no, that's the % if she could tax on what she wants to, which is in futures or unearned income. Or they'll lie and say he paid zero...no he paid over 11 billion. You tell me what is fair share of 11 billion to low income ppl that pay ZERO.
