I’m not going to say I told you so but I posted months ago (well before the election) interviews on podcasts with Trumps new OMB pick Russell Voight who also authored project 2025. He called this whole plan out then where he firmly believes in impoundment and thinks the Impoundment Control Act is unconstitutional. The whole Project 2025 is playing right out in front of us. Trump is basically deciding not to spend congressional authorized spending. The impoundment act requires him to submit requests to congress and then lawmakers decide within 45 days or the funds are disbursed. Trump said F that and gave less than 24 hours notice and paused it all.

Can't you see the government is trying to use DEI, gender identity, etc as an excuse to pause grants?
This is going to impact all Americans and yet half of them will blame DEI for this happening.
I.e. "If DEI didn't exist then the government wouldn't have paused grants."
