"President-Elect Donald J. Trump announced today his nomination of Matthew Lohmeier, a Former Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Space Force who was removed from Command in 2021 after going on a Conservative Podcast to criticize what he called “Marxist Beliefs” in the Military, as Under-Secretary of the U.S. Air Force.

Lohmeier will serve under Dr. Troy E. Meink, who Trump nominated yesterday as his Secretary of the Air Force."

From the article:

Nearly two dozen people who faced criminal charges for their roles in the January 6 riots will be back in the Capitol this weekend after federal judges approved their request to attend President-elect Trump’s inauguration festivities .

At least 20 defendants who have been charged or convicted of crimes stemming from the capitol riots have petitioned various judges for permission to attend — with at least 11 getting the green light, according to an review of records by the Associated Press.

“While the Court is tasked with predicting the future, this is not ‘Minority Report,’” wrote Magistrate Judge Zia Faruqui in a decision allowing Deborah Lynn Lee to attend the celebrations, citing Philip K. Dick’s science fiction classic. “There has to be credible evidence of future danger to justify related release conditions.” Lee had been convicted of four misdemeanors after posting social media messages calling for the execution of her political opponents.

Privilege...
Godchaux and Parker left the game and Plaquemine Police attained a warrant for their arrest. Chief Engolio said when officers called Parker, she initially would not come in. However, she went to the police department the next day. Godchaux had to be located by officers and allegedly made threats to the officers.

Parker faces charges of disturbing the peace, resisting an officer, and battery of a school teacher. Her bond is set at $100,000.
Godchaux is faced with principal assault on a school teacher, disturbing the peace, principal to battery of a school teacher, resisting an officer, four counts of threatening a law enforcement officer, and four counts of failing to honor a written promise to appear. Her bond is set at over $11,000.

From the article:

An Ohio artist has forged a larger-than-life 15-foot-tall, $1 million bronze statue of President Trump that will tour the country before eventually ending up at a future Trump presidential library.

Sculptor Alan Cottrill’s “Don Colossus” immortalizes the iconic moment Trump defiantly pumped his fist into the air after narrowly escaping an assassination attempt during a rally in Butler, PA on July 13.

The six-ton statute was forged in Zanesville, OH, by the master bronzesmith and was commissioned just a week after the shooting.

It was commissioned by several dozen wealthy crypto-currency investors as a tribute to the president, who they hope will be a friend of the industry.
Small forward

The confirmation hearings have to just frustrate the normal citizen. Listening to the redundant script laid out by the Dems just demonstrates the lack of seriousness. It’s a clown show and it is clear that they intend to play the same game they played during Trump 1.

When McConnell was quoted to say that the GOP needed to make sure that Obama was a one term president, the Dems and media spun the hell out of the comment to pretend it meant behaving unfairly. Liberals here have cried about that quite incessantly. And, yet, we see that they perceived it as they did, because THEY know how THEY behave and they assume everyone else does as well.

** Wise Words Department **

"The most dangerous man to any government is the man who is able to think things out... without regard to the prevailing superstitions and taboos. Almost inevitably he comes to the conclusion that the government he lives under is dishonest, insane, intolerable."

The best part of Trump's taxes is the 26million in "consulting" fees to his kids even though they are all salaried employees and 70grand for his hair. That's tax accountant 101 for see how far you can push tax code past the gray area. Trump's taxes just show how shitty our tax system is and how easy it is for rich people to abuse. The IRS doesn't have the manpower or willpower to do anything about it.
Good old IRS.

Now that's a twofer: Changing the subject & being wrong both in the same post. LOL.
Who do you believe has received more votes for President in their careers than Trump? Which leads to why it isn’t changing the subject. If he wants a huge crowd for the inauguration, there would be a huge crowd for the inauguration.
