He’s the one who stated Denmark has no legal rights to Greenland (not true) and then in the same breath said and if they do have legal rights, they should just give it to us anyways. So dumb. But yes, he brought it up. Then when he got a question to clarify his nonsense, he said he couldn’t rule out military force. Now my mind tells me that he’s just saying shit and has no plan at all for it. Like with everything else, he’s just talking but hadn’t thought it through. Unlike you, I do not need news readers to tell me what I heard for myself. Also, you need to look outside your cocoon to see what John Fetterman said, what Truman tried to do. Greenland is NOT a new idea for a very good reason. It's location and recent cozy up to China is a BIG problem. You might use your google button to see what strategic issues are in play wrt Greenland. Educate yourself.

As for Panama, do you know that the "Chinese" via Hon Kong own sea ports on both ends of the PC. China (educate yourself please) has been trying to spread its influence around the globe and that extends to our hemisphere. Do you want Chinese war ships on either end of the canal before you see....it is STUPID to rule out ANYTHING. If that scares Panama out of a cozy relationship with China then GREAT. I have no issues taxing those items. You need public things like roads, police, and fire to enable the production, transport and consumption of those items. Taxes should cover that. Your goal should be to make it as efficient as possible to cover that so the consumption taxes are low.
